If you use Mailster or any of our products, we will presume that you have agreed to the terms and conditions that we’ve outlined here.

We are not obligated to provide prior notification if we decide to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any point in the future.

Product Licensing and Usage

All the plugins created by Mailster are licensed under GPLv3

Product Delivery

Upon purchase, all Mailster products are available for download.

You’ll gain access to download the items once your payment is processed and confirmed. We support a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards, PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa cards. Please note that you must agree to our terms & conditions before making a purchase.

Your order details and purchase information will be sent to the email address you provide. You don’t need to create an account on our site to download any of our free or premium products.

In cases where your payment is unsuccessful, we will manually verify and process your download information. Should a fraud alert arise, delays can vary from one hour to twenty-four hours, depending on the specifics of the case and the extent of the investigation required.

Compatibility & Updates

The Mailster plugins and add-ons are fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress and are supported by all major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. However, we do not currently provide support for the Internet Explorer browser.

All customers have access to product updates for the duration specified in the product description. Support services will cease once the license expires.

Illegal or Unauthorized Usage

We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to your user account if we discover any attempt to misuse our license, abuse it, or harm our business in any way.

If you have created an account, maintaining its security is your responsibility. You are solely accountable for all activities conducted through your account and any actions associated with it. We strongly advise you to contact the Mailster team promptly if you detect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

Product Modifications

You are free to modify any of our products to suit your needs, in line with our policies. However, before making any changes, we recommend reviewing the documentation page and reaching out to us via email to see if there’s a faster and more efficient way to implement your desired modifications.

Please note that any direct modifications to the plugin itself will invalidate your support license. The Mailster team is not obligated to provide assistance for installations that have been altered without our consent.

Age Requirements for Using Our Products

By registering for any Mailster product, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence. You also confirm that you have the consent of a legal parent or guardian and are fully able to agree to the terms and conditions we have set.

Our products are not intended for young children. If you are under the age of 13, we ask that you refrain from using our products.

5. What Our Support Offers

  • Assistance with any compatibility issues with WordPress or errors occurring after a fresh installation.
  • Help with any product functionality not covered in our documentation.
  • Resolution of issues with features causing errors or site disruptions.
  • Support for issues related to Mailster plugin installation and license activation.

6. What Our Support Does Not Offer

  • Issues caused by cyber attacks or hackers.
  • Problems arising from outdated versions of PHP, MySQL, or other software.
  • Products acquired from sources other than Mailster.
  • Compatibility issues caused by third-party apps.
  • Support queries that lack necessary information such as the target website URL or backend access to the WordPress site.
  • Issues stemming from custom PHP or JavaScript code modifications.
  • Any support for Internet Explorer.

7. Support For Modifications

We distinguish between support and modifications. We can assist with minor modifications requiring a few lines of CSS or JS code adjustments. If your request requires extensive modifications:

  • You may need to wait for a release that includes these changes.
  • Consider hiring a developer or contacting recommended businesses or developers through our Facebook groups for more significant modifications.

These guidelines ensure that all Mailster users can receive effective and equitable support.

Anti-Fraudulent Measures

All purchases from our paid customers may be temporarily placed on hold while we conduct a thorough review of the payment process and complete anti-fraud checks. We ensure to send detailed purchase information to our customers, along with an email containing all pertinent details regarding the payment.

Due to the rising number of fraudulent transactions by individuals who are not the legitimate cardholders, we perform these anti-fraud checks. Typically, a manual anti-fraud check takes up to 24 hours, during which time the customer’s account may be suspended. However, this period may extend if further investigation is required.

Refund Policy

You are fully protected by our 100% No-Risk Double Guarantee. If you don’t like our plugin over the next 14 days, then we’ll happily refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.

Refund on renewals

You must cancel your subscription before the current period ends to prevent charges for the next period.

No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals on recurring subscriptions after the initial 14-day money-back guarantee or the 14-day free trial from the original order date, without exceptions.

We will send you an email reminder about the upcoming payment, giving you sufficient time to cancel your subscription.

Subcription

This website offers products or services through a subscription model, which entails regular payments for continuous access to a product or service. The duration of the initial subscription term varies depending on the product and your selection.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us within 14 days of your purchase. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged for any subsequent periods. Please be aware that once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the items or services provided.

There is no minimum purchase necessary to qualify for a subscription.

Automatic renewals of subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription on the website, your subscription will automatically renew at intervals dependent on the selected product and your preferences. Your subscription will continue to be automatically renewed using the payment method you have on file until you decide to cancel.

You can cancel the automatic renewals of your subscription at any time through your account on the website. Please be aware that upon cancellation, you will no longer receive updates or support for the subscribed products or services.

Product Warranty

Mailster products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of any kind. Each product is guaranteed to function as intended when properly installed, activated, and configured with the latest version of WordPress.

However, Mailster does not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins due to the vast number of such plugins available. Additionally, we cannot ensure that our plugins and themes will work perfectly with all browser combinations, so please verify compatibility with your browser.

In no event will our legal entity be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Mailster reserves the right to modify the existing Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
