Welcome to the Mailster Translator Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Mailster Translator Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be proficient in both English and the target language for translation.
- Agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Program Overview
The Mailster Translator Program allows you to help translate strings for Mailster in exchange for a free professional license.
3. License Grant
As a participant in the Translator Program, you will receive a free professional license for Mailster. This license is provided as long as you actively contribute translations.
4. Translation Responsibilities
- You agree to translate as many strings as possible provided by Mailster into your designated language.
- If a new plugin version is released, you must complete the translation of new strings within 30 days of notification.
- Translations should be accurate and maintain the context and tone of the original English strings.
5. Quality Assurance
- Mailster reserves the right to review and approve all translations submitted.
- Translations that do not meet Mailster’s quality standards may be rejected, and you may be asked to make revisions.
6. License Continuation and Termination
- Your free professional license will continue as long as you meet the translation responsibilities outlined in section 4.
- Failure to translate new strings within the specified 30-day period may result in the termination of your free license.
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- By submitting translations, you grant Mailster a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your translations.
- You acknowledge that Mailster owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the translated content, including any modifications or derivatives thereof.
8. Confidentiality
- You agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of your participation in the Translator Program confidential and not to use such information for any purpose other than providing translations.
- You are not permitted to share your Mailster Translator Program account or license with anyone else.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Mailster Translator Program is provided on an “as is” basis. Mailster makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program or any translations.
- Mailster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Translator Program.
10. Amendments
- Mailster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mailster operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the Mailster Translator Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
