By applying to and participating in the Mailster Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility and Application
- Eligibility Criteria: Currently, we can only accept applications from registered businesses or individuals acting as independent contractors. Applicants must be able to provide a monthly invoice for services rendered as affiliates.
- Application Review: Your application will undergo a manual review process to assess compatibility with our program. This process may take up to 7 business days, and you will be notified of our decision via email.
Program Participation
- Affiliate Obligations: As an affiliate, you agree to receive occasional emails from Mailster regarding updates, changes to the Terms and Conditions, and other relevant information.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details about your identity, business, and the platforms you intend to use for promoting Mailster.
Rejection of Applications
Applications may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Promotion of violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or sexually explicit materials.
- Use of “Mailster” in domain names, or imitation of our website design.
- Reselling our products.
- Misalignment with our business standards.
We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
Commissions and Payouts
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 25% commission on each new Mailster license purchase made via their referral link. This applies only to the initial payment of a subscription.
- Cookie Duration: A 30-day cookie duration applies. Commissions are not recorded if a purchase occurs after this period unless the affiliate link is used again.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum payout of $100. Affiliates must provide an invoice for the payment to be processed.
- Compliance with Laws: Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and tax requirements in their jurisdiction.
Promotion Guidelines
Permitted promotional methods include:
- Direct sharing of affiliate links.
- Blog or website reviews linking to Mailster.
- Social media promotion (in compliance with platform rules).
- Email marketing to existing subscribers or customers.
Prohibited promotional methods include:
- Spamming in any form.
- Misrepresentation of Mailster or its products.
- Paid advertising using affiliate links.
- Posting affiliate links on coupon websites.
Account Termination
- This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause.
- Mailster reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these Terms and Conditions, with any pending commissions subject to violation being withheld.
Final Provisions
- Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Mailster. They have no authority to represent Mailster in any capacity.
- Non-Legal Binding: The affiliate relationship is not legally binding, and affiliates may not take legal action against Mailster.
- Changes to Terms: Mailster reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
- Opt-Out: Affiliates can opt out of the program at any time by notifying Mailster via email.
