RSS to Newsletter auto creates thumbnail for youtube embeds like MailChimp. Currently just has title and nothing but would be nice if it made thumbnail with play button. For each youtube video there is a thumbnail eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpV4HVzWOEk has thumbnail https://i.ytimg.com/vi/zpV4HVzWOEk/hqdefault.jpg
